LEYBOLD DRYVAC SERIES
The Laybol Dryvac is used in many applications such as Coating systems, Drying systems, Steam sterilization, Packaging, and Heat Treatment.

As can be seen in the photo to the left, the DRYVAC is installed on a ALD system. In these brazing applications, vacuum pumps need to handle aggressive vapors. With the correct purge configuration, condensation of flux outgassing is effectively avoided and the pump operates reliably, even under the harshest conditions.

DRYVAC models support different purge setups for added flexibility.
REPAIRS
Repairs of refrigeration equipment; vacuum pumps, recovery units, leak detectors, manifolds, etc
INSPECTIONS
$140 Inspection Fee charged. This is waved if you go ahead with repair.
CALIBRATIONS
Calibrations of CO Checks, all calibrations come with Certificate of Conformity
JAVAC have solutions for emergency recovery, leak detection, plant room monitoring, BMS systems, containment of refrigerant and automated refilling to reduce down time.
