JAVAC's PCS-2 overcomes the frustrations of refrigerant charging by incorporating three essential tools into a single, portable unit. Designed and manufactured in Australia, PCS-2 is the perfect tool for any on-site service application.

PCS-2 Components

• 80kg Capacity Digital Scales, which conveniently fold into the unit for easy storage and transport. The scales are also removable to accommodate larger bottles.
• 2-stage, 28 litre/min 38 micron Vacuum Pump. The pump is enclosed within the structure of the unit and is easily accessible for quick oil changes.
• 63mm High and Low Pressure Gauges, set at the top of the unit for clear visibility with refrigerant scale readings of R134a, R22 and R410a.
• 60"� Goodyear Galaxy High & Low Side ¼ SAE Hoses, rated to 800psi working pressure.

PCS-2 is ideal for domestic, automotive and small commercial applications where you are required to accurately evacuate and charge systems to a manufacturers specifications. An integrated fan cooled casing allows PCS-2 to operate in environments of high ambient temperature.

For operator convenience, an inbuilt manifold allows the user to quickly evaluate suction, discharge, pressure and temperature readings.

Models

PCS-2: Refrigeration (R410a adaptors)

For refrigeration applications, PCS-2 is supplied with adaptors for low, medium and high pressure refrigerants - such as R22 or R134a for small commercial and domestic jobs, and R410a for small to medium applications.

PCS-2A: Automotive (R134a adaptors)

PCS-2A has fittings for automotive applications and can be used on low, medium and high pressure refrigerants such as R134a, both for new installations or vehicle field servicing.

PCS-2 or PCS-2A is not suitable for ammonia or R600 applications.
