Chemically-resistant LABOPORT® Vacuum Systems with Separator, Condenser and Vacuum Controller.

KNF's LABOPORT® Portable Vacuum System is designed for use with all brands of rotary evaporators. No additional components are needed. Use it for general purpose work, such as vacuum ovens, gel dryers, filtration devices and concentrators.

• Built to last. A totally enclosed, ball-bearing motor, heads made of solid PTFE, efficient PTFE-bonded diaphragms, and liquid-tolerant FFPM valves assure a long, troublefree life, reducing total cost of ownership.
• Lightweight and portable - carry the system to anywhere you need vacuum. There's no more guessing at the vacuum level in your rotary evaporator either, simply choose the desired level and hysteresis on the controller front panel and let the system do the rest. Vacuum in mm Hg (Torr) or mbar is maintained at ±0.2% FS as displayed on the large, bright LED readout.
• User-friendly setup. Push-on hose barbs eliminate special wrenches or fittings. No cramped cabinet enclosures.
• A versatile vacuum system. A complete system includes a LABOPORT® pump, a UNC800 pump controller, mounted on a lightweight alloy stand. The vacuum controller works best when used with KNF diaphragm pumps. Controller not suitable for use with PowerDry® self-cleaning pumps.
• Repeatable results are assured, batch after batch, without guesswork, disruptive foaming or boiling. Enter five unique settings into the non-volatile memory, and move among them, even while processing. A purge button instantly vents the system with room air or external gas source.
