DV-502B - High Vacuum Deposition Platform
The DV-502B rapidly recycles between atmosphere and high vacuum, accepts up to 6" substrates, accommodates a bell jar size of up to 12" diameter by 18" high, with automated touch screen controls.
There is no discernable contamination when preparing samples for Electron microscopy.
Within 3 minutes the DV-502B achieves 10-4 torr in a clean and outgassed system using a standard 12" by 12" bell jar. It evaporates most metals used for optical coatings, metallising and electron microscope preparation. Common metals include carbon, gold, gold palladium and platinum.
A variety of diffusion, mechanical and turbo pump configurations are available to suit individual budgets and processes.
