Desktop Pro

The Desktop Pro is configurable with up to two 2" magnatrons, accepts up to 6" substrates and has a vacuum chamber size of 10" diameter x 10" high.

This unit provides high performance in a small and economical package taking up less than 92cm in countertop space.  It's cost efficiency extends to the operation system, with two cathodes powered from a single power supply.

The compound turbo molecular pump operates at a rate of 65 litres/second to achieve excellent base vacuum levels and gas load handling.

The touch screen interface to the PLC provides full control for the following modes: service, manual and semi-automatic.  Standardised software supplied with the unit is another cost saver, avoiding the need to customise the controls.
