Desk V HP Series

The Desk V HP series accepts up to 4" substrates, comes with either a 6" Pyrex or Steel vacuum chamber and the automated touch screen controls allows ease of use.

This series is used extensively for sample electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) sample preparation and Iridium coating applications. The Desk V HP series includes standard high power systems and turbo pumped systems.

A manual shutter in the system reduces contamination during the etch process.
