CD Series

The CD Series of rotary vane vacuum pumps are a result of over 30 years experience in high vacuum pump design, development and manufacturing. JAVAC have continually improved on the design of these vacuum pumps so that you can be assured of the best in class performance, quality and backed by a local support team. There is no other Australian made product on the market that comes close to matching the specifications of the CD vacuum pumps.

With four units available in the CD range, all achieve ultimate vacuum to 1 micron (0.001 mbar) and feature JAVAC’s own VacPak interchangeable cartridge, flexible drive coupling, anti-suck back, built in oil pump, adjustable gas ballast and high chromium steel bearing for better open to air lubrication.

The vacuum pumps have an epoxy-sealed aluminium parts and are powder coated for a durable, protective finish. Additional enhancements include porting and exhausting to achieve higher flow rate at lower pressure and select high quality materials for longer life and improved resistance to corrosion.
