ACS-R Automated Recovery/Recycle Machine

The JAVAC ACS-R has been developed for the Automotive Industry to make Refrigerant Recovery, Evacuation and Charging as simple as possible. This is achieved through the utilisation of a hand held microprocessor/controller which is programmed to take the unit through all the standard steps with much ease. It allows the operator to monitor the refrigerant in the cylinder on the scale of a continuous basis.

The ACS-R features a 4-valve manifold analyser permitting the ultimate in versatility. These charging stations employ a JAVAC oil free recovery machine which are designed to first recover refrigerant and then pass it through an oil separator. This means you understand what quantity of oil is required to top up the vehicle and secondly, the unit’s special filter drier ensures the recovered refrigerant is fit for re-use. The recovery circuit can be purged so the ACS-R can be used with a variety of compatible refrigerants.

The ACS-R is supplied with all hoses, an integrated vacuum pump with 40 litre per minute flow (large pumps available on request), vehicle couplers, oil charge bottle and is designed and manufactured in Australia, by JAVAC.
