ACS Commercial

The JAVAC ACS Commercial supplies an economic alternative to the more sophisticated ECO- Excel and Esprit, while still providing a high degree of accuracy and reliability. This entry level, production line, refrigerant charging machine features JAVAC's proven weight dispatch method. By marrying a custom microprocessor with a highly accurate digital scale, the process can perform evacuation, leak check against a calibrated vacuum end point and refrigerant filling with an accuracy of better than 10 grams with charges up to 20,000 grams. JAVAC's ACS Commercial connects to the air conditioner, refrigerator or vehicle using a modular pistol by which vacuum and refrigerant is supplied. It can either perform a complete evacuation with the pump down to a pre determined pressure or a pre determined set time and charge or simply top-up the existing charge. Suitable for most refrigerants including R134a, R22, R404 and R410a.
